Two pleasing top news in one go!
The world’s leading trade fair EUROBIKE is now a partner of Team Vorarlberg. The Vorarlberg pro riders will start the oldest German cycling classic with a new look for Rund um Köln UCI 1.1!
What the cycling world is particularly pleased about: Moran Vermeulen is back in the saddle after his time-out since March due to psychological problems. The 26-year-old from Ramsau will return to racing action next Sunday at the 106th edition of the Rund um Köln UCI 1.1 – and against a world-class line-up!
EUROBIKE Show new team partner – professionals at Rund um Köln with stylish “EUROBIKE look” at the start
For the first time in the team’s history, we are delighted to welcome such a prominent partner to the cycling trade fair scene. Eurobike, the leading platform for the global cycling industry, is the new partner of Colin Stüssi, Lukas Meiler and co.
Joining the UCI Pro Cycling Team Vorarlberg is a matter of the heart for trade fair project manager Dirk Heidrich: “Like our partner, Eurobike comes from Lake Constance, and it had its beginnings in the performance sector. In 2024, we will show that cycling and the Eurobike go hand in hand. The partnership with the team from Austria is part of our performance concept, which includes e-cycling, bike races on the exhibition grounds such as world-class professional races and organized mass sports.”
At Rund um Köln this Sunday, Team Vorarlberg will be racing for the first time with special jerseys and new ABUS helmets and will present the Eurobike message to the top riders.
Thomas Kofler – Team Manager: “It is a special opportunity for us to work together with the leading bicycle trade fair and to present this partnership in such a prominent race. The entry during the current season is a first step, a sustainable cooperation from 2025 is in preparation. This will strengthen Eurobike’s presence in road cycling.”

Comeback of Moran Vermeulen
Moran Vermeulen on his return: “I can’t put into words how it feels to be back at the start with the team. A few weeks ago, the only thing I wanted was not to wake up. The fact that I can stand here today is the most important and biggest success in my life so far. The help and support from family and friends – the team is now part of my family – was so incredibly important and valuable during this phase. I am currently undergoing professional psychological therapy until this shows the appropriate results. The umbrella is stretched, now it’s time to build a roof to keep the rain out permanently!”
Thomas Kofler – Team Manager: “As the person responsible for the team, my heart beats very high. I am incredibly happy for Moran that he has found his way back. We wish him continued patience and confidence. Everything else will come naturally. And for the classic in Cologne against the biggest teams in the world, I wish the whole team good legs!”
