We say THANK YOU MORAN!

Team Vorarlberg pro ends career and switches to team support! Next Race: Cycling Bundesliga in Braunau!

Moran Vermeulen in his own words:It was not a decision that was made overnight. I have had several sleepless nights leading up to this decision. The depression was definitely not the trigger, but rather the food for thought that I had to change something in my life. The tragic accidents surrounding the Tour of Austria certainly had a big influence on my decision. I can be glad that I have such a team behind me, which has now become a family, and that I’m still riding with the guys, even if it’s now in the role of supervisor. I will certainly stay with Team Vorarlberg in the future and at the same time be busy in other sports and coaching roles!”

Team Manager Thomas Kofler:As the team manager, I would like to thank Moran on behalf of everyone. It’s been two brilliant years with this thoroughbred athlete. His incredibly positive attitude to life and open manner have simply done the team good. When Moran was there, the “Schmäh” was on. Even if he has now decided to retire from the professional racing circuit, Moran will find the direction that fulfills him. We are happy that he will now be with us again and again as a coach. Moran will bring his extensive expertise to the team. All the best Moran and thank you for everything you have done for Team Vorarlberg!”
