Youngster Kilian Feurstein wins the Tour de Allgäu! Alexander Konychev in eighth place at the fourth Tour du Loir et Cher stage!

Kilian Feurstein, newcomer from Vorarlberg, makes the big headlines today in the second stage of the third Tour de Allgäu. He wins the tough 121-kilometer road race from Schweinlang, confidently sprinting ahead of the two Germans Patrick Reißig (Maloja Pushbikers) and Bruno Keßler (Radnet-Oswald). Just a few seconds after them, 19-year-old Laurin Nenning crossed the finish line.

The young Kilian Feurstein from Dornbirn thus secures the first win of the season for Team Vorarlberg. He also leads the U23 classification. The youngsters are advancing after Dominik Amann’s second place last week.

Alexander Konychev in eighth place in France

The fourth stage of the Tour de Loir et Cher, which starts and finishes in Salbris, is also 121 kilometers long. Alexander Konychev is getting better and better and sprints to eighth place in the 49 km/h (!!) fast race.

The last stage on Sunday to Blois is quite short at 90 kilometers, but above all fast.
