Lukas Meiler second, Colin Stüssi third in the prologue time trial

Lukas Meiler in second place ahead of Colin Stüssi! The 3.8 km prologue at the Rhodes Tour (UCI 2.2) in Ialyssos could not have gone much better. The two Team Vorarlberg pros finished seven seconds behind the winner Andre Drege (Nor / Team Coop-Repsol). On the technically difficult and uphill course, the two aces elevated themselves to the role of co-favorites for the race on the Greek vacation island.
Team Vorarlberg is also ranked second in the team classification. An excellent starting position for the next three stages.
On Friday, the first “real” stage from Rhodes town to Maritsa over a challenging 148 kilometers. Focus for Stüssi and Co. “wide awake from the first second”!
