Colin Stüssi in eleventh place among the best in the Tour of Malopolska UCI 2.2 prologue – Felix Stehli currently second in the Gravel World Series ranking
The 63rd Tour of Malopolska started this evening with a mountain prologue over 1400 meters through the southern Polish city of Krakow. The winner was the Greek Nikiforos Aravanitou (Team Novapar) ahead of the Finn Kasper Borremanns (Bahrain Victorious Development). Colin Stüssi sprinted to eleventh place, seven seconds behind. Emanuel Zangerle, Jannis Peter and Alexander Konychev are placed between 24th and 33rd. So far all good and a good starting position for the next few days!
Tomorrow’s opening stage from Wieliczka to Chelm over 134 kilometers ends with a small final climb after a good 2000 vertical meters.
